Part-Time Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote (Serving Denver Metro Area)
BNB Fencing & Services, a trusted fencing company in the Denver metro area, is seeking a highly organized and fluent English-speaking part-time Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience with scheduling, customer service, and spreadsheet creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Support: Answer phone calls professionally and assist customers when Ed is unavailable.
- Scheduling Estimates: Use Google Calendar to schedule appointments for customer estimates efficiently.
- Invoice Preparation: Create “empty estimates” in Invoice to Go for all scheduled appointments.
- Follow-Up Communication: Reach out to customers promptly after Ed completes their estimate to provide updates and gather feedback as needed.
- Email Management: Regularly check and respond to company emails, ensuring timely communication with clients and vendors.
- Spreadsheet Creation and Management: Use Microsoft Excel to create, maintain, and update spreadsheets for tracking and organizing company information.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in creating and managing spreadsheets.
- Previous experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Calendar and familiarity with Invoice to Go (or willingness to learn).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Availability during business hours in the Mountain Time Zone is preferred.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
