BNB Fencing & Services is a locally owned and operated fencing company proudly serving the Denver metro area. We specialize in providing high-quality fencing and snow removal solutions and take pride in our craftsmanship, reliability, and excellent customer service.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Full-Time Administrative Assistant, Snow Remover, and General Helper to assist with a wide range of tasks that support our field crews and office operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is comfortable working both in the office and out in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Drop off tools, materials (like boxes of nails), or documents at job sites as needed
• Pick up mail, supplies, or other items from local vendors or stores
• Light office tasks such as organizing receipts, scanning documents, or filing
• Occasionally communicate with vendors or customers to coordinate pickups or deliveries
• Maintain organization of tools and equipment in storage areas
• Run errands or assist crew leads with needs that arise during the day
• Miscellaneous: Assist with any other duties or odd jobs that help support the team and keep operations running smoothly
• Assisting with snow removal operations

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Organized, punctual, and reliable
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Good communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Comfortable with using a smartphone for basic tasks (texts, maps, photos)

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience in construction, trades, or field service admin work
• Familiarity with the Denver area
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, Google Drive)

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday (typical business hours; occasional flexibility appreciated)

Compensation:

Hourly wage based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement for travel when using personal vehicle. Opportunities for growth within the company.
