Position Overview
As a Fence Installer, you’ll be responsible for installing wood, vinyl, and chain link fences at residential and commercial properties across the Denver metro area. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying outdoor conditions.
Responsibilities
- Load and transport fencing materials to job sites across the Denver metro area
- Accurately measure and mark layout lines for fence placement
- Dig post holes manually or with equipment
- Install and secure fence posts, rails, panels, and gates (wood, vinyl, and chain link)
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Follow job specs, blueprints, and customer requests
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Work both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous fence installation or construction experience preferred
- Knowledge of wood, vinyl, and chain link fence materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand/power tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
